our story
In 1976, Bohl Architects was founded in Annapolis, Maryland. Since then, Bohl has evolved into a cohesive, client-driven design team with a second office in Hudson, New York. We have completed hundreds of homes for private residential clients, specifically to engage the views of rivers, bays, valleys, mountains, and cities. Our architecture includes traditional homes, unique site-specific modern art houses, and historic preservation. While the past has brought us to where we are today, the future is just as much a part of our story. We create legacy houses that are built to serve their inhabitants for generations to come.
